Our journalistic colleagues at Foreign Policy magazine have informed the Scottie News that Russian President Vladimir Putin — known for dissing President Bush’ Scottie Barney and Scottish Terriers in general — has been involved in more dog bullying.
Apparently he tried to intimidate German Chancellor Angela Merkel with his lab Koni. No mention, however, of Putin’s secret poodle.
You just can’t trust a guy who doesn’t like Scottish Terriers (and used to work for the KGB.)
