The publisher and editor of the Scottish Terrier and Dog News is not a sentimental type but there are a few things that are sure to bring tears to her eyes. Among them are weddings, funerals and dog rescue stories. There’s just something about an animal resuce that turns out well that gives you faith. So, here, from the Scottish Terrier Club of America are the rescue tales of Miss Fiona, McGregor and Meg. Pass the hankies please.

God bless all the rescuers, especially people like Erica Cerney who work so hard with the dogs others would put down.
