Mashka, the singing Scottish Terrier, is back, celebrating Tartan Day. We’re very pleased to see that her owner also got into the spirit, but sorry to say that the black ankle socks are a Scottish style no no. Usually, a large contingent of Scottish and West Highland Terriers participate in the New York Tartan Day parade, but we haven’t yet had time to search through all the latest video and photos. Instead we give you footage of last year’s parade.
