Oregon Humane Society purebred dogs ready to adopt

We’re bringing you Westie Wednesday a bit early to notify you that a West Highland white terrier is among 43 purebred dogs rescued from a puppy mill that go up for adoption at the Oregon Humane Society in Portland tomorrow. Details here.

Wow! We left-coasters appreciate the heads-up!! I know PHS will prefer to place this dog very locally. Some Portlander will be very lucky!
